2014 Summer All-Sports Training

Take this Summer to make Yourself a Better Athlete!

Parents, we all want our kids to do the best they can at whatever they do, now they will! Excel at whatever sport you choose with conditioning, strength, power and agility basic training.

We Teach the Basics First

We have a program for youth that will not only make them better physically at any team or individual sport, which will not only protect them from injury but also make any game easier to master and thus, more fun.

Boys Ages 10-14
Monday-Thursday 5-7pm (times may change, please call for more information)

Girls 
Monday-Thursday 2-4pm (times may change, please call for more information)

$100 for one week of  training, designed to enhance physical  conditioning, coordination, safety and agility.

$300 for one month (one week free!) of training, continued conditioning, agility, power and strength training. Includes and T-shirt and Water Bottle.

$549 for 7 week package (full summer) of training, continued conditioning, agility, power and strength training. Includes and T-shirt, Water Bottle and Cinch Sack.

We Emphasize Safety and Coordination

We will start with basic strength and conditioning that will target all areas of the body making them stronger and more confident physically, which will show on the field. We will teach them all types speed drills that will make them a better player. We will work with your son or daughter directly so they will improve mentally and physically for any sport they choose.
